Veteran music composer Vipin Reshammiya, father of renowned singer-composer Himesh Reshammiya, passed away on Wednesday night, leaving a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the Indian music industry. The final rites took place at Juhu, Mumbai, where several Bollywood celebrities gathered to pay their last respects.

Among those who came to offer their condolences were filmmaker Farah Khan along with her brother, Sajid Khan, who have shared a close bond with Himesh and his family. Iulia Vantur, rumored to be a close friend of Himesh, was also seen paying her respects at the funeral.

Producer Ramesh Taurani, known for his close association with Himesh, was spotted arriving for the last rites. Actor Ruslaan Mumtaz, who had worked with Himesh in the past, also attended the funeral to offer his condolences. Atul Agnihotri, who has collaborated with Himesh on several projects, was also present to bid farewell to Vipin Reshammiya.

Vipin Reshammiya had been dealing with age-related health issues and was receiving treatment at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He succumbed to his ailments at 8:30 pm on September 18. His passing marks the end of an era in the Reshammiya family, leaving behind a legacy of music and cherished memories.
